About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the organization's people strategy through effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, HR operations, and compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee-related HR matters.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally.
  • Conduct investigations when required and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Performance Management
  • Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, and confirmation processes.
  • Monitor performance-related issues and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Follow up on action plans and ensure accountability.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave records, claims, and insurance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with CPF contributions, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and government agencies when necessary.
HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support internal audits and statutory reporting requirements.
Learning & Development
  • Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
  • Work with department heads to identify training needs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate programme effectiveness.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Manage HR systems and employee databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and management updates.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse employee turnover trends.
Strategic HR Support
  • Provide HR advice and recommendations to management.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and HR best practices across the organisation.
Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and HR best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
