Duration: 1 year (extendable and renewable depending on business needs and performance)
Pay: Up to $6500 (depending on experience + qualification)

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Assistant/Assistant Talent Sourcing Manager, specialising in Talent Attraction and Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Management
Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to identify passive candidates.
Focus on building diverse talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, particularly within IT, admin and ops areas.
Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit with school's values and academic environment.
Manage and track all candidate activity, data, and market intelligence within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
2. Market Intelligence and Stakeholder Partnership
Provide market intelligence on talent supply, compensation trends, and competitor activities within the tertiary education and tech sectors in Singapore and APAC.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring to understand role requirements and priority hiring needs.
3. Candidate Experience
Act as the school brand ambassador, ensuring a high-touch, professional, and engaging experience for all sourced candidates.
Craft and send personalised, compelling outreach messages that articulate the unique value proposition of working at a global university.
Requirements
Min. Diploma/Degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience
Proven track record in sourcing for diverse and niche roles
Strong proficiency in using modern sourcing tools, including Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various networking platforms.
Demonstrable experience in market mapping and providing actionable talent data to stakeholders.
