1. BIM Manager (M&E) /Up to $8,000 @Central

• Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies.

• Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project Need & requirement.

• Prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

• Understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery.

• Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings.

• Monitor and ensure drawing submission, coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients etc.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering with certification in BIM Management.

• At least 8 years in BIM Management with knowledge with design.

2. BIM Modeller (M&E) /Up to $6,000 @Woodlands

• 3D Modelling & Shop Drawings: Translating 2D engineering schematics into data-rich 3D models.

• Clash Detection & Resolution: Identifying and solving spatial conflicts between M&E services and architectural/structural elements.

• As-Built Documentation: Updating models throughout the construction lifecycle to reflect final on-site installations.

• Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and drafters to ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

• Technical Skills & Requirements

• Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools like Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks (for clash detection), and AutoCAD.

• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of M&E engineering principles, including plant room layouts and space management.

3. BIM Coordinator (M&E) /Up to $6,000 @Central

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.

• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.

• BIM project set-up and continued project administration.

• To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.

• Prepares and update Revit Model, 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.

• Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

• Minimum 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.

• Software knowledge in Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
