The incumbent will act as liaison between sales, operations and the customer for an assigned account, to ensure the customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented. Ensure that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, prevailing SLA, operational compliance and specific customer requests.
Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal clients.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations to implement and maintain customer Standard Operating Procedures and prevailing Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Provide day-to-day contact with customers on operational issues.
Coordinate customer service efforts from all offices and departments involved with assigned accounts.
Ensure services are meeting or exceeding client requirements
Support in preparation of reports and ensure that reports are accurate and distributed timely.
Resolve problems and recommend solutions to prevent similar occurrences.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry- Ocean and Air/ Import and Export
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate activities, and maintain efficient operational workflows.
