The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest organisation in the Tech industry
• This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and execution of regional marketing programmes, driving engagement, growth, and measurable business outcomes (Subscription Services in Cloud)
• Monday - Friday/8.30am - 5.30pm
• Central-West
• 12 months contract

The Talent

• Min 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience
• Proven experience in campaign management and driving business growth
• Experience in digital, subscription, or technology-related industries is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High level of attention to detail with strong communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in regional or international roles is preferred

Job Description

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to business goals
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across owned, earned, and paid channels
• Create clear and insight-driven marketing briefs for internal and external partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, media, and local markets
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data-driven insights
• Lead post-campaign analysis and translate learnings into actionable improvements
• Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing initiatives
