Executive, JCST - #1159897

• The Joint Committee on Specialist Training (JCST) is appointed by the Specialist Accreditation Board to oversee the accreditation of training departments and institutions in Singapore. The JCST is responsible for establishing and upholding the professional standards and quality of specialist training in Singapore including the evaluation of trainees' training and exit examinations.

Responsibilities

• To provide secretariat support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee in monitoring and maintaining the training standards and deliverables

Requirements

• Basic Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

• Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage (but not essential. Applicants with an open mind and a willingness to learn will also be considered even if they only have limited work experience.)

• Good command of spoken & written English.

• Good office skills in MS Office with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.

• Able to work from Mondays to Fridays during office hours and some Saturdays as well if there are meetings/ projects occurring that day.

• Must be able to perform in an environment dictated by deadlines.

• Immediate availability is preferred
