About Us
Established in 1961, we are one of Singapore's leading Nanyang coffee manufacturers with an estimated 25% market share in the local Nanyang coffee segment.
Over the past decade, we have invested more than SGD 8 million into automation, technology, and operational systems, achieving approximately 90% automation across our manufacturing operations.
After decades of success in the B2B market, we are now building the next chapter of our business by developing our own consumer brand, expanding through E commerce, and entering international markets.
Your Mission :
Talent, Incentive & Organisational Development
• Participate in designing future compensation and incentive systems
• Develop performance based reward structures that attract and retain top talent
• Support the development of future leadership and talent pipelines
• Assist in building organisational structures capable of supporting regional expansion
• Contribute to creating a high performance and entrepreneurial culture
Pricing Strategy & Business Model Development
• Participate in designing pricing strategies across different countries, channels, and customer segments
• Develop distributor, reseller, and channel pricing frameworks
• Evaluate profitability, sustainability, and market competitiveness
• Support the development of long term business models for future expansion
• Ensure growth initiatives are commercially viable and scalable
E-Commerce & Content Growth
• Participate in building Malaysia as the future Southeast Asia TikTok Content Headquarters
• Evaluate future content team structures and growth opportunities
• Coordinate with content creators, agencies, E commerce partners, and growth specialists
• Support the development of scalable content driven growth systems
• Assist in building long term E commerce capabilities for regional expansion
Singapore Market Development
• Explore opportunities with NTUC FairPrice Finest and other premium supermarket chains
• Explore opportunities with airport retail operators and travel retail channels
• Evaluate premium gifting, hospitality, corporate, and tourism related opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships that strengthen the Encik Guan brand within Singapore
• Identify new retail and distribution opportunities beyond traditional channels
Southeast Asia Market Expansion
• Evaluate market opportunities in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and future Southeast Asian markets
• Identify and negotiate with distributors, importers, and strategic partners
• Develop regional market entry strategies
• Build scalable business models that can be replicated across multiple countries
• Support future regional growth initiatives
China Market Development
• Evaluate potential distributors, master agents, and strategic partners in China
• Participate in discussions, negotiations, and commercial evaluations with potential partners
• Develop market entry strategies and sustainable channel structures
• Evaluate product positioning, pricing strategy, and long term growth opportunities
• Assist in building a scalable China expansion roadmap
Chairman's Strategic Projects
• Work directly with the Chairman on strategic growth initiatives
• Transform ideas into structured execution plans
• Coordinate projects across departments and stakeholders
• Monitor implementation and ensure key initiatives move forward effectively
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution
Who We Are Looking For
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Willing to travel internationally
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercially minded and execution focused
• Interested in building businesses rather than simply managing them
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and growth oriented
