Maritime time industry experience will be required i.e., worked in/with offshore and high seas vessel owners, ship management companies, shipyards, boat builders, marine navigation, communication or Automation equipment manufacturers/ suppliers/ service providers etc.
Develop Strategy for Business development for the region (Service) and implement the approved Strategy.
Identify new business opportunities, ensure vendor registrations with all targeted Marine companies, Lead generation and management, tender management etc aligned with the organization strategy.
Strong Knowledge in preparing the costing and profitability calculation.
Must promote our organization, product & services in the market and forecasting to achieve the agreed target.
Must Provide prompt market intelligence regarding customer/ competitor activity, product performance etc to assist in development of marketing plans.
Prepare and maintain proper documentation and develop database for customers and equipment’s.
Must Maintain confidentiality with respect to business strategies, principal pricing details and other information’s related to the business.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures adhering to legal, Regulatory requirement for optimized operations.
Develop a strong team for the region based on strategy and yearly business targets.
