About the role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our manpower projects and client hiring requirements. This role will focus exclusively on recruitment activities and will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure manpower vacancies are filled within the required timelines. As our clients operate in fast-paced environments with high staff turnover, timely fulfillment of manpower requests is critical. The successful candidate must be able to source, screen, and place candidates efficiently while managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Follow up closely with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure successful placement.
Work closely with the Project Manager to understand manpower requirements for assigned projects.
Ensure all vacancies are filled within agreed timelines and service level requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Achieve recruitment targets, placement targets, and hiring turnaround times.
Prepare employment-related documents and coordinate onboarding arrangements.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manpower outsourcing, staffing agencies, F&B, retail, logistics, cleaning, security, or high-volume hiring environments.
Proven experience handling multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with urgent manpower requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
