Handle technical support cases on-site or through phone, WhatsApp and emails.
Carry out on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
Escalation and liaising with Vendors on technical related cases.
Conduct training and demonstrations to clients or users.
Conduct internal product repair and training.

Min. Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or others related.

Min. 4 Years relevant experiences.
