As a Patient Service Executive (Patient Relations), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Receive, assess, and manage patient and family feedback across multiple channels, including complaints, compliments, and suggestions.

• Conduct timely follow-ups to acknowledge concerns, clarify issues, and keep patients and families informed.

• Coordinate investigations with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure accurate fact-finding and appropriate resolution.

• Prepare clear, empathetic, and professional written and verbal responses in line with institutional policies and service standards.

• Support service recovery efforts to address concerns and rebuild patient and family trust.

• Act as a neutral liaison between patients/families and hospital departments to facilitate understanding and resolution.

• Coordinate and facilitate family conferences with relevant stakeholders, including minute-taking and formal case closure communication.

• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases to management in a timely and appropriate manner.

• Maintain accurate documentation, analyze feedback trends, and prepare reports with insights to support quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with governance requirements, response timelines, confidentiality standards, and patient experience objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Communications/ Public Relations, Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines

• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience

• Preferably in healthcare sector
