Planning and scheduling of production operations for specific product group.
Responsible for order confirmation to Customer Service based on lead-time, material and production capacity.
Plan, control and coordinate with Purchasers on material deliveries for production continuity.
Drive Quality, Engineering, Production and Purchasing to make decision for Quality issues affecting customer delivery then inform Customer Service if there are any changes in the schedule.
Use ERP/MRP functions for Planning, Bill of Material and other report functions. Use MS Excel like Pivot, VLOOKUP for analysis.
To interact daily with Purchasing, Production, Store, Customer Service and Quality or Engineering (as needed).
To lead weekly meeting for specific product group to discuss outstanding orders, deliveries, bottlenecks and (if any) resolve issues that might arise.
Calculate and present Monthly-On-Time Delivery performance to the team.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
People Requirements
Min. a Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or other related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in relevant field.
Basic understanding and analysis of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Production Orders.
Computer literate in MS Office (especially Excel).
Positive communication skills to deal with all levels and sections of the Organization.
Possess good initiative and work attitude, fast learner with teachable qualities.
Good analytical, problem solving skills. Team player.
Some business travel may be required.
