About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, client engagement, and building long-term relationships across industries.
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, including business development, candidate management, and client advisory, while contributing to team and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and provide professional career advice
Prepare and submit high-quality candidate profiles to clients
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and close offers efficiently
Client & Business Development
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client hiring needs and provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent advisory
Conduct business development activities including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings
Support account management and repeat business
Market & Process Management
Stay updated on industry trends, talent movement, and market conditions
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Ensure recruitment activities comply with MOM / TAFEP guidelines
Meet individual and team KPIs (interviews, submissions, placements, revenue)
Requirements
Degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of recruitment agency experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with sales, business development, and stakeholder engagement
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
Preferred Background (Advantageous)
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, technology, professional services, healthcare, or logistics recruitment
Prior exposure to 360 recruitment or agency environment
Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other ATS/CRM systems
