Purchasing Executive - #1133342

The role and responsibilities include, but not limited to;

1) PURCHASING & PROCUREMENT function (core function)

• Process purchase requisitions and issue POs

• Source and procure lighting products locally and overseas

• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties

• Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with project specifications

2) LOGISTICS function (approx. 2%):

• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and project teams

• Support local and international shipments

• Monitor shipment status and report potential delays

3) INVENTORY CONTROL function (approx. 2%):

• Track material availability to prevent shortages or excess

• Support cost comparison and supplier evaluation

4) Cross-Functional Support

• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounts for smooth procurement

• Assist with supplier pre-qualification and compliance documentation

5) Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a purchasing/supply chain position.

• Strong negotiation & communication skills.

• Able to handle multi projects and tight timelines.

• Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced, and result-driven environment.
