About the role

Join FUJITSON' as a Sales & Marketing professional, playing a vital role in driving new business development for our growing organisation. Based in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region, this full-time position will see you leveraging your sales expertise to identify and convert high-potential leads, while also supporting our marketing efforts to elevate the FUJITSON' brand.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively prospect and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold outreach

2. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and position FUJITSON' solutions as the ideal fit

3. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring a seamless customer experience

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and content that support the sales process

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

6. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and performance metrics

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

3. Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales

4. Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset

5. Strong organisational and time management capabilities

6. Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques

7. Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
