Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation Specialist - #1130587

We are seeking both junior and senior ERP consulting roles to deploy and train customers using our A2000 ERP Cloud system. As the company is growing extensively, we are looking at hiring couple of junior consultants where we will provide on-the-job training to guide you to be effective for this role.

JOB SCOPE
You will be part of Consulting Department doing training, implementation & support services with our customers. Your areas of responsibility shall include:
-       Conduct technical/business requirement study and prepare for implementation and training for your ERP projects.
-       Plan and create Project schedule/ plan with relevant milestones for all project implementation and trainings.
-       Diagnose clients’ issues and provide ad-hoc technical and helpdesk support.
-       Assist the development team in new patches testing and scope documentation writing (as required).
-       Any related tasks that may be required in your assignments.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
-       Previous working experience in ERP or related software implementation will be an added advantage.
-       Good analytical and time management skills.
-       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
