Brief Summary:
Join an innovative team where you will manage product margins and lead project initiatives, driving success through collaboration and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product margins to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.

• Prepare timely pricing strategies and lead-time information in response to RFQs.

• Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, and Operations teams to create competitive quotes for products and services.

• Achieve cash call targets, particularly for FAT/NPI projects, and recommend corrective actions for any deviations from forecasted numbers.

• Implement and monitor cost-saving initiatives while communicating results clearly to customers in collaboration with Business Development teams.

• Engage with Business Development and Product Management teams globally to provide customer support and oversee business prospects.

• Conduct customer visits alongside local Business Development or Product Managers.

• Direct and support project and product management teams by defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Lead crisis management efforts to quickly resolve issues and motivate teams during sudden changes.

• Monitor project development to ensure timelines and objectives are met, making adjustments as necessary.

• Prepare timely project summaries as required for management or customers.

• Conduct project closure meetings to review results and extract lessons learned.

• Facilitate the transfer of products and technology from customers or other sites to Operations.

• Contribute to team goals by achieving related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in Product/Project Management, demonstrating the ability to operate in complex environments and lead efforts in change-driven businesses.

• Knowledge of Product and Project Management, with expertise in Optics and/or Opto-mechanics modules.

• Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with demanding performance targets.

• Strong drive for results and action; capable of motivating self and others to fulfill commitments within cross-functional teams.

• Excellent customer orientation, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and business units in a multicultural setting.
