Job Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects from planning to execution and closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

• Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across departments

• Track project progress, risks, KPIs, and take corrective actions when required

• Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and reports

• Manage project closure and handover of deliverables

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering project management

• Experience managing projects across the full product development life cycle, including high-volume manufacturing

• Strong project planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
