Job Description:

1. Follow up with process owners to ensure that recommendations made by Internal Auditors are implemented in a timely and effective manner.

2. Conduct internal control reviews for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

3. Ensure Group policies and procedural manuals are reviewed, updated, and approved prior to dissemination to staff.

4. Ensure the Group’s compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g. URA, SGX, etc.).

5. Lead and oversee the Business Continuity Management (BCM) project.

6. Manage and review the Group’s risk management framework, maintain the risk register, prepare the annual risk report, and draft the risk management section of the Sustainability Report.

7. Coordinate and ensure the completion of the annual Internal Control Self-Assessment checklist by all Business Units

Job Requirement:

1. Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with professional CA qualification

2. Relevant 8 years’ experience in internal control, risk management, internal audit and compliance
