Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment for our centre.
· Manage inventory and supplies efficiently.
· Ensure all facilities are well-maintained.
· Purchase necessary items promptly.
· Maintain room functionality and handle incoming packages.
· Organize monthly staff meetings and distribute meeting notes promptly.
· Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Wix
· Coordinate appointments for new, existing, and review clients.
· Help new staff settle in and support therapists with administrative tasks.
· Handle daily transactions and client invoices promptly.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in administration, preferably in healthcare or a service-oriented environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
· Friendly and engaging personality, especially with children and families.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
