Responsibilities:

• Engage and promote the brand with enthusiasm, showcasing a thorough understanding of our service offerings.

• Perform face and body treatments with high precision and a positive service attitude.

• Provide professional consultations, recommending tailored products and packages to clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective consultations and strategic upselling of products and services.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.

• Foster customer loyalty through relationship-building and excellent service.

• Manage appointment scheduling, reception tasks, and other customer service duties.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Beautician/Therapist with sales responsibilities.

• Relevant beauty and wellness certifications (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, etc.) are highly desirable.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

• Experience in advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments, along with additional certifications in specialized techniques, is an advantage.
