Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple teams and managerial staff to ensure contract obligations are fulfilled, KPIs are achieved, and service quality consistently exceeds expectations.

• Apply best practices in facilities and engineering maintenance to improve operational efficiency, safety standards, and workplace performance.

• Manage and monitor operational expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

• Drive profitability by meeting financial margin targets while maintaining strong and professional contractual relationships.

• Plan, develop, and implement business processes and operational procedures that support the hospital’s day-to-day requirements and long-term objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Facilities Management field.

• Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance, experience in the healthcare sector.

• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities across projects and facility operations.

• Proven ability to lead teams effectively with strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
