Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily mise-en-place for assigned stations.
Execute dishes according to fine-dining standards and recipes.
Maintain high food quality, taste, and presentation.
Support senior chefs during service for smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure workstation cleanliness and compliance with food safety rules.
Assist in receiving, checking, and proper storage of ingredients.
Manage portion control to minimize wastage.
Follow SOPs and maintain consistency in all dishes.
Communicate effectively with kitchen team during peak hours.
Assist in training junior staff and support any additional tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year commis / CDP experience in Western restaurant
Knowledge of Western cuisine and fine-dining standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
Good teamwork, communication, and hygiene practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen operations and SOPs.
