What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)

• 15+ years of local experience in hospitals or nursing homes

• Proven experience in project management / healthcare coordination

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Track record of operational excellence and staff development
