About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who goes beyond visual design—someone who understands how digital products work, why users behave the way they do, and how design decisions drive business outcomes. You think in systems, structure problems clearly, and craft intuitive, scalable experiences across complex software platforms. If you enjoy shaping end-to-end product journeys—from insights and workflows to polished UI—this role offers significant ownership and impact.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, user goals, and success metrics with PMs and stakeholders.
• Conduct UX audits, research, and translate insights into journeys, IA, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces and build reusable design patterns.
• Produce high-fidelity UI in Figma and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Document edge cases and support smooth developer handovers.
• Present design rationale and collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product/UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or software platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished UI.
• Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction patterns, and accessibility.
• Clear communication and comfort in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: motion design, usability testing, analytics, or design systems experience.
