Senior/Technical Associate (Electrical BIM Modeller) - #1128942

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Engineers in the design and drafting of Electrical engineering works.

• Design work includes performing lighting simulation using software such as Dialux, performing calculations such as cable voltage drop and complete electrical load schedules.

• Drafting work includes preparation of design/tender drawings and presentation slides in powerpoint format.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a consulting firm with proven track record in major development projects.

• Conversant in local codes and regulations as well as authorities' submission procedures.

• Possess knowledge in design knowledge, AutoCAD and REVIT.

• Detail-oriented with good planning and organization skills.

• Good communication skills and a team player.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior role.
