Responsibility:
Manage all new Integra project implementation from point of award till handover
Overseeing contracts implementation throughout the project development.
Assist in monitoring of Annual Project Budget
Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
Coordination and monitoring of progress among subcontractors
Prepare and deliver appropriate management information and reports to project board, stakeholders for regular updates, and schedule and manage meetings
Liase closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
Plan and manage final tests to complete handover processes.
Able to work on ground
Requirements:
Good Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics or Communication Engineering or relevant.
Experience in IT/ CCTV / Access Control and other Security System Deployment
At least 3 years relevant working experience / Operational experience is an added advantage.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, CITPM).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Self-driven and Motivated
Team player, result-oriented, dynamic, creative & self-driven
A good supporter with excellent communication skills
Preferably possess valid class 3 driving license
