Operational Policy Executive (Research & Policy Support) - LXY - #1122809

We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to support research and operational policy work within a public sector environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that evaluates programmes, conducts studies, and provides insights to strengthen service delivery and policy implementation.

• Support the team in driving service evaluations through data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.

• Conduct literature reviews to inform operational and policy decisions.

• Carry out qualitative research and interviews with clients and stakeholders to gather insights for improvements.

• Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal and external sharing.

• Contribute to special projects, events, and administrative coordination to support team objectives.

• Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in qualitative research or interviews preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate).

• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

• Experience using SPSS or similar data analysis tools will be an advantage.

• Gain hands-on exposure to policy and programme evaluation in the public service sector.
