Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations
                                                The Corporate Affairs Team is responsible for the Federation’s overall governance, stakeholder engagement, and communications. It is structured into two key functions:
Corporate Services: Manages governance, compliance, and internal administration.
Corporate Communications: Handles public relations, media management, and brand messaging to strengthen the Federation’s reputation and outreach.
What You’ll Do | 工作内容
As an intern, you will be involved in, but not limited to:
1. Conceptualising and Producing Social Media Content
Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with the Federation’s goals and values.
Create compelling posts across various platforms, including writing captions, selecting relevant images or videos, and designing visually appealing graphics or multimedia elements.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates the intended message.
2. Managing Publicity Platforms
Support day-to-day management of the Federation’s social media platforms and corporate website.
Create and post content, monitor audience engagement, and respond to user feedback or inquiries.
3. Supporting Corporate Events and Initiatives
Assist in planning and executing corporate events, including managing correspondence, coordinating logistics, preparing presentation materials, and compiling post-event reports.
Provide on-site support during events, such as registration, ushering, photography/videography assistance, and media coordination.
4. Providing General Corporate Services Support
Assist with preparation of reports, meeting materials, minutes and communication drafts for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform ad hoc duties to support the overall operations of the Corporate Affairs team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in social media management and content creation is a plus.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices is preferred.
Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential, given our diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia editing software.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Your Commitment
A minimum commitment period of 3 months.
Available internship slots begin from December 2025 onwards.
