Clinic Manager / Coordinator - #1125352

• Up till $5,000 + Bonus

• 5.5 days work week only

• AL start from 12 days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Covering reception duties, patient registration, dispensing of medication

• Stock management : medication, consumables

• Clinic facility cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Manpower coverage - Rostering of clinic staff and doctors

• Submission of claims - CHAS/TPA

• Handling of patient queries and clinic communications under management supervision

• Training of fellow clinic assistants

• Projects that require cross clinic branch coordination (on as required basis): Manpower, Inventory/Logistics

• Staff training

• Developing and implementation of workflows

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 5 years of experience as Clinic Manager

• Need to be experienced at clinic manager level for a GP clinic

• Claim experienced

• Plato System
