Job Description
- Manage staff: Ensure that cleaners are performing their duties well
- Inspect work sites: Ensure that areas are clean after cleaning
- Plan operations: Help plan cleaning service operations and work plans
- Manage inventory: Manage the inventory of cleaning equipment and materials
-Coach new staff: Provide guidance and coaching to new team members
-Ensure safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
-Monitor supplies: Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment
-Train staff: Develop and implement training and skill development strategies
-Set standards: Establish clear expectations and performance standards
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Preferable Diploma/ITE or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in cleaning lead role
•Language in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good People Management skill
• Experience in operating a forklift/truck and possess Class 2/3 driving license.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
