Job Overview:
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead all tendering and contract management activities for marine construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, legal compliance, and cost efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success from bid to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies with senior management and maintain strong client partnerships.

• Manage the full tender process, including cost planning, procurement, and submission.

• Review, draft, and negotiate tender documents to ensure legal and contractual compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet tender requirements, project schedules, and quality targets.

• Conduct ongoing contract performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and value creation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in tender and contract management within the Singapore construction sector.

• Proven track record managing tenders for major projects (≥ S$3 million).

• Strong legal and contractual knowledge related to tendering and marine construction.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in contract management tools with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Deep understanding of construction law, project cost control, and industry regulations.

• Ethical, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
