Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and match suitable domestic helpers to family requirements

• Arrange and facilitate interviews between employers and domestic helpers

• Manage end-to-end placement process tracking

• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

• Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and relationship building

• Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory of biodata, scheduling, and administrative duties

• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency

Job Requirements:

• CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) certification would be advantageous.

• 1-2 years of working experience in Migrant Domestic Workers employment agency industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
