Customer Liaison Officer (Contract renewable)- Singaporean only! - #1123379

Job responsibilities :

• Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes/
  gas appliances.

• Handle customers' enquiries on appointments and installation related matters through
  phone calls and emails.

•  Send emails or SMS to customers on their appointment schedules.

•  Promote and selling gas appliances to potential customers.

•  Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.

•  Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• CS Skills

• MS Office proficiency

• Min N/O Levels

• 1 year of relevant experience
