Accounts Executive (Audit Support) - 1 year contract - #1122815

Duration: 6 months contract (renewable)

Location: Bras Basah (walkable distance from Dhoby Ghaut/ Bencoolen MRT)

Salary:       Up to $5000

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare PBC schedule, such as spreadsheet and schedules preparation, invoices sampling, subsequent events checking

• Basic FS handling, such as 1st drafting, casting, tying figures to schedules.

• Facilitate communication with AMC and local book keeping firm• Coordinating signing of FS

• Handle Cayman/BVI filling

• Monthly fluctuation check 

• Monthly communication with local book keep firms, extracting of supporting for local book preparation.

• Reconciliation of local book to oracle book -> Pillar II

• Liaising with external auditors

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of related accounts experiences preferred
