Job Description:
Participate in kitchen operations from food preparation and cooking to final production
Prepare food according to daily operations and menu requirements
Keep up to date with current promotions and new menu items
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Take guest orders and serve food with excellent customer service
Ensure food quality and standards are maintained
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Food Manager
Requirements:
Prior cooking experience is an added advantage
5-day work week including weekends (44 hours per week; rotating shifts between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM)
Hygiene certificate is an added advantage
Must be loud, bubbly, and energetic
Benefits:
Annual leave: 7 days with 11 public holidays off in lieu
Dental coverage: $200 per year
Variable bonus: Targeted at 10% of annual package
