Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and operational support, with tasks such as:
Attendance taking for staff.
Data entry, filing and assist in preparing reports.
Stock check and ordering cleaning supplies.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Proficiency in English to liaise with various stakeholders.
Good communication and coordination skills
Good time management.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work indepently and efficiently.
