Housekeeping Supervisor - #1120874

Responsibilities:

• Works with Housekeeping Manager to achieve the cleanliness and sanitation standards of the guest rooms, public space of the hotel, including supervising the work quality of housekeeping team

• Supervise and ensure team’s smooth daily running of the housekeeping operations

• Assign work tasks for housekeeping staff daily

• Assist in planning of work schedules

• Train housekeeping staff well to ensure day to day standards are met

• Generate housekeeping reports and provide administrative support

• Plan and maintain inventory of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen

• Provide assistance to guest queries and resolve any issues faced by guests

• Handles general housekeeping duties in assigned guestrooms or public areas

• Reports on maintenance issues and inventory stock

• Ensure harmonious relationships within the Attendants 

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year' experience as a team leader, preferably within the hotel or cleaning industry

• Proactive, meticulous with a can-do attitude

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• 5-Day Work Week (Day Shift Only)

• Candidates with minimum of 2 years' experience as a hotel housekeeping supervisor may be considered for Senior role.
