Job Description

Recruitment & Selection 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, for educator and corporate roles. 

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through partnerships with institutions, career fairs, and online platforms. 

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with ECDA, MOM, and TAFEP guidelines. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Partner with hiring managers and centre leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions. 

  • Provide advisory support on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. 

Employer Branding & Projects 

  • Support employer branding activities, including career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and digital channels. 

  • Contribute to HR and recruitment initiatives that enhance processes, efficiency, and candidate experience. 

Reporting & Compliance 

  • Update recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. 

  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation in compliance with internal audit and policy requirements. 

 
Requirements: 

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • Minimum 3 years of end to end recruitment experience, preferably within the early childhood sector. 

  • Good sourcing strategy and multi-tasking: ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, particularly for educators (EY1, EY2, L1, L2) across different centres. 

  • Familiarity with ECDA qualification frameworks, MOM work pass requirements, and TAFEP guidelines. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage candidate and stakeholders effectively 

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment 

  • Resourceful, problem-solving attitude, strong team player  

  • Seniority and remuneration will be assessed based on experience and capability. 


This role is for a 6 months maternity cover, starting mid November. Conversion to permanent role is subjected to operational needs.
