Job Description
Recruitment & Selection
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, for educator and corporate roles.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through partnerships with institutions, career fairs, and online platforms.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with ECDA, MOM, and TAFEP guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with hiring managers and centre leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Provide advisory support on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Employer Branding & Projects
Support employer branding activities, including career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and digital channels.
Contribute to HR and recruitment initiatives that enhance processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Reporting & Compliance
Update recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation in compliance with internal audit and policy requirements.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of end to end recruitment experience, preferably within the early childhood sector.
Good sourcing strategy and multi-tasking: ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, particularly for educators (EY1, EY2, L1, L2) across different centres.
Familiarity with ECDA qualification frameworks, MOM work pass requirements, and TAFEP guidelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage candidate and stakeholders effectively
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Resourceful, problem-solving attitude, strong team player
Seniority and remuneration will be assessed based on experience and capability.
This role is for a 6 months maternity cover, starting mid November. Conversion to permanent role is subjected to operational needs.
