Our client, a prestigious luxury brand, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive and expand sales activities across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This is a newly created position and represents a rare opportunity to join a highly respected company with a strong heritage in the luxury industry.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing retail partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities within the SEA market. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's regional growth and strengthening its market presence.
Job Scope
Implement and execute sales strategies for a leading luxury brand, aligning closely with internal teams and retail partners to achieve monthly objectives.
Conduct regular strategy meetings with stakeholders, assigning responsibilities and tracking actions within defined timelines.
Analyze market trends and gather intelligence on competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Prepare detailed sell-out analyses across markets, retailers, and points of sale, alongside sales forecasts, budgets, and quarterly sales reviews.
Manage stock allocation and inventory, including scheduling deliveries and monitoring early to mid-month logistics reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, overseeing in-store activities, seasonal gifting, and celebratory events.
Serve as the primary liaison for all sales and logistics-related communication with regional headquarters and partners.
Oversee high-value clientele management, including database maintenance, personalized customer touchpoints, and exclusive engagements.
Collaborate with marketing teams on luxury customer experiences, including intimate events and international brand initiatives.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally complemented by relevant experience in sales and marketing.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury or premium sector; prior team leadership experience is essential.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams, vendors, agencies, and retail partners; strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills are required.
Must be willing and able to travel extensively across the region.
Remuneration Package : Basic (Depending on Experience) + AWS + VB
