About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our beauty salon located in the Orchard. As our Branch Manager - Beauty, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented beauty therapists, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the salon. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our expanding company.

What you'll be doing

1. Achieve branch monthly sales performance

2. Manage and coordinate the activities of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and staffing

3. Ensure high standards of customer service by providing training and support to the beauty team

4. Work with marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and inspire the team

6. Liaise with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

7. Provide sales reporting to corporate office

8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the salon

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the beauty industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

5. Proficiency in using salon management software and point-of-sale systems

6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
