Responsibilities:

Advertising & Promotions

• Support the execution of annual A&P plans, including campaign planning, creative design, and copywriting.

• Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and design campaign assets for digital and print platforms.

• Manage daily social media postings and ensure consistent branding across all channels.

• Develop digital and print materials (posters, schedules, announcements) for promotions and events.

• Monitor trends and suggest new tools to boost online engagement.

Events & Competitions

• Assist in organizing concerts, competitions, and festivals from planning to execution.

• Work with internal teams and external partners on marketing, logistics, and operations.

• Prepare administrative documents (rules, registration, grading) and track event budgets.

• Ensure smooth delivery of all events and initiatives.

Market Research & Ad-hoc Projects

• Conduct market studies to identify local needs and support course development.

• Collaborate with professionals to introduce and update programs.

• Handle additional marketing tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing or equivalent

• 1 year of experience in similar functions

• Proficiency in Canva is a must

• Additional proficiency in Adobe suite is an added benefit

• Experienced in social media marketing
