EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE & COMMUNITY RELATIONS (VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT) - #1116822

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective volunteer management strategies to promote and enhance services and volunteering opportunities for both community and corporate partners.

• Oversee all aspects of volunteer management, including recruitment, training, onboarding, recognition, and retention, with the aim of increasing volunteer numbers and activities annually.

• Provide coordination and consultation for the overall volunteer functions within Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH).

• Support the creation of awareness for KWSH and its community outreach efforts to maximise program participation and impact.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and volunteers to ensure the efficient and effective management of the hospital's projects and events.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in volunteer management and community relations

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a non-profit or charitable organization, is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
