At eazy, our HR team is the backbone of our people-first culture. The Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR operations and mentoring junior team members. This role ensures operational excellence and contributes to strategic HR projects that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.


A day in the life:

· Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and conduct exit interviews for executive-level employees.

· Supervise and guide junior HR staff in daily operations and best practices.

· Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and internal HR policies.

· Oversee monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and employee claims administration.

· Maintain HRIS accuracy and manage updates across intranet, SharePoint, and HR databases.

· Support and coordinate performance appraisal cycle, increment exercise, and bonus calculations and payouts.

· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

· Craft and manage the annual training calendar and oversee its execution.

· Lead employee engagement initiatives including planning and execution of company and employee events.

· Assist in the design and enhancement of rewards & recognition programs and ensure effective execution.

· Generate HR reports and analytics for management.

· Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, handbook and templates.

· Support HR budgeting exercises and vendor management.

· Support strategic HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

· Act as a mentor to junior HR team members, fostering their professional development.

· Manage office administration including facilities, pantry, and supplies.


What you need:

· Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.

· Strong command of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, intranet, and SharePoint.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

· A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
