Preparation of ingredients
Cooking palatable, varied and nutritious meals in accordance to the recipes approved by the Head Chef and Dietitian
Comply with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Guide and supervise junior staff in the kitchen

Requirements:

Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
