JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Record-keeping, data entry, and managing schedules, as well as supporting staff with documentation and communications related to the maintenance of fire protection systems within a camp.
Maintaining maintenance records, scheduling appointments and staff, preparing reports and project documentation, managing databases, and handling correspondence for the maintenance team.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, reports and provide general information to camp staff, the public, or visitors as needed.
Facilitate communication between the maintenance department, camp management, and fire prevention staff.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin
Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
