· Support Supervisor to ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight / Ocean & Trucking shipments.
· Ensure accurate and correct permits are declared for all shipment ( Training provided).
· Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
· Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
· Update shipments arrival and timely delivery/POD arrangement.
· Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
· Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
· Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors’ performance .
· Opportunity to learn and assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.
· Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
· On Job Training will be provided ,any other official duties assign by Senior management.
