Responsiblities:

• Maintain (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.) & LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi

• Ensure servers & data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers)

• Manage User account/email/AD /file permissions & antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies

• Perform backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place

• Support for MES, ERP, factory-specific systems, troubleshoot machine-PC issues e.g., PLCs, IoT

• Ensure system uptime, install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software

• Support end-users, liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs & new implementations

• Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control

• Support ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant compliance needs if applicable

• Support audits and provide technical documentation

• Provide training or guidance to staff on using systems or software

• Maintain IT asset inventory, prepare incident reports, maintenance logs & update manuals

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science with 3-5 years of experience

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Network support, PC Security and (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)

• Familiary with ERP/MES system (Printers, scanners, barcode systems)

• Willing to do on-site support in production areas and after-hours or weekend support
