Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for customer quality issues, audits, and communications.
Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and closure of customer complaints/non-conformances.
Review quality data/trends to drive improvements and report metrics to customers.
Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product/process quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Oversee FAI, KPI for outgoing/customer quality, and provide quality training to teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
5+ years in quality engineering, ideally in contract or semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PMP), and problem-solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys).
Strong analytical, communication, and customer management skills.
