Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, particularly in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead negotiations for new contracts, ensuring the terms and conditions are favorable for the company while managing client expectations.
Work closely with project management and estimating teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution.
Track and report on sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and pipeline opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry, with a focus on Main Contractor work.
Strong understanding of the construction market, including regulatory requirements, bidding processes, and contract management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
